Pep Talk Productions was built on one simple belief: if women are going to rally the group chat to leave the house, the experience better bloody be worth it.
At its heart, Pep Talk is all about building community and bringing women together.
And we don’t do it in a boring way. Think confetti cannons. Dancers dressed as disco balls. Unhinged conversations. 175 different tangents. Little details that make you smile big.
Whether it’s a book launch, a live podcast or an epic dance party, our mission is simple – we want to give you an experience that leaves you saying, ‘holy s**t, that was amazing.’
We’re all about big energy, big story telling, big lessons and big joy.
Since its creation, the Pep Talk team has led multiple Mamamia OutLoud live tours, overseen the expansion of Lise + Sarah’s Disco Club from one city to eight, produced Gwyneth Paltrow’s only Australian event and is about to embark on a nine-event tour for Zoë Foster Blake’s latest novel, GROUP CHAT.

Lucy has spent more than 15 years creating unforgettable content and events for women.
Throughout her career, Lucy has produced large-scale events across Australia, Los Angeles, New York and even Richard Branson’s Necker Island. Along the way, she worked on events with an extraordinary line-up of global talent including Nicole Kidman, Sarah Jessica Parker, Elizabeth Gilbert, Kate Hudson, Gabby Bernstein and Jane Goodall.
She’s also a writer/journalist who’s been published in The Good Weekend, Mamamia and Women’s Agenda, amongst other publications.
